Customer Service Representative

Living Earth®, a landscaping staple since 1985, is the leading recycler of green waste and producer of organic mulch, compost and soil in Texas and Tennessee. We are seeking a full-time customer service representative at The Woodlands / Conroe location. The the position is Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday hours.

The successful candidate is dynamic with lots of energy, a can-do attitude and ability to provide exemplary service to our customers.

Customer Service Representative – Nashville

A landscaping staple since 1985, Living Earth® is the leading recycler of green waste and producer of organic mulch, compost and soil in Texas and Tennessee. We are seeking a full-time customer service representative/logistics administrator to help grow the Nashville market.

As providing exemplary service to our customers is essential to our business, this candidate must be dynamic and hands-on with a strong moral compass and the ability to multitask in an often-fast paced environment. This position will support the CSRs as needed and maintain driver/vehicle information as well as assist with other duties.

Outside Sales / Business Development

Site Manager

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a strong can-do attitude. The position requires the manager to lead by example (no task too small) and work effectively with all levels within the company from senior management to hourly employees. The position works Monday through Friday with a half day on Saturday.

Assistant Site Manager – Double Oak

A landscaping staple since 1985, Living Earth® is the leading recycler of green waste and producer of organic mulch, compost and soil in Texas and Tennessee. We are seeking an assistant site manager for our Double Oak location, which is near Flower Mound and Lantana in DFW.

The assistant site manager will oversee all areas from customer service to operations. This is a busy retail location so the successful candidate must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a can-do attitude. This position must work effectively with all levels within the company from senior management to hourly employees. Assistant site managers work Monday through Friday with a half day on Saturday.

Front Loader/Excavator Operator

Living Earth® is the largest recycler of tree limbs, brush, leaves and grass clippings and the biggest manufacturer and provider of mulch, compost and other landscaping materials in Texas and Tennessee. We are seeking heavy equipment operators. The successful candidate will operate and minimally maintain front loaders and excavators on our work site. The position is Monday through Friday with Saturday hours as needed.

CDL Drivers

Living Earth® is the largest recycler of tree limbs, brush, leaves and grass clippings and the biggest manufacturer and provider of mulch, compost and other landscaping materials in Texas and Tennessee. Living Earth is hiring Class A CDL Drivers. The ideal candidate will have a solid driving record and a strong history of customer service. The position is Monday through Friday with Saturday hours as needed.
